1 cup peanut butter OR ⅔ cup peanut butter powder + ⅓ cup water
½ cup baking sweetener
1 egg
½ cup peanut butter powder
pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter (or reconstituted peanut butter powder), baking sweetener, egg, peanut butter powder, and a pinch of salt until combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
