4 boneless
skinless chicken breasts

2 large eggs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup marinara sauce
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2-inch thickness for a juicy result.
