Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, quick oats, milk, eggs, and finely chopped onion.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then mix until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to create the glaze.
- Spread half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then add the remaining glaze on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
