3–5 clove garlic (finely chopped)
300 g ground beef
3 tablespoon soy sauce
2 bell pepper (finely chopped)
2 tablespoon rice wine
100 g pasta (Angel hair pasta or Spaghetti
more or less for two)
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the soy sauce and rice wine, allowing the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the finely chopped bell peppers and cook until they are tender.
- Meanwhile, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the beef sauce mixture, adding any remaining oil if needed for extra moisture.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional bell peppers or green onions if desired.
