Ingredients
½ cup rice vinegar
⅓ cup soy sauce (such as Silver Swan®)
5 tablespoons honey
¼ cup Asian (toasted) sesame oil
3 tablespoons Asian chili garlic sauce
3 tablespoons minced garlic
salt to taste
8 skinless
boneless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon chopped green onion (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, minced garlic, and salt to taste to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked and glazed, basting occasionally with the marinade.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and garnish with chopped green onions if desired before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, adjust the amount of chili garlic sauce to your taste. Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
