Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes for coating
1/4 cup sliced black olives for eyes
1/4 cup carrot sticks for beaks and feet
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Using your hands, form the cheese mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each cheese ball in the crushed cornflakes to coat evenly.
- Place black olive slices on each ball to create eyes, and insert small carrot sticks for the beaks and feet.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
