1 ½ cups half-and-half cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ cup butter
1 ⅓ cups brown sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish with butter.

- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, half-and-half cream, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread slices, pressing down gently to ensure all the bread is soaked.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and mix in the brown sugar and corn syrup until smooth.
- Pour the butter mixture over the bread, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for best results.
