Ingredients
¾ cup melted butter
1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
24 mini sandwich rolls or 12 large
1 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham
1 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and minced onion.
- Slice the sandwich rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the ham and Swiss cheese over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the cheese.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, cut into sliders, and serve warm.
