eggs

Parmesan cheese

mozzarella cheese

cottage cheese

melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent, then add the ground beef, cooking until browned; drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the meatless spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt; simmer for a few minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti noodles, meat sauce, eggs, and cottage cheese; mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish; top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, then drizzle melted butter on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute the ground beef with sautéed vegetables or use veggie crumbles.
