Description

Baked Stuffed Shrimp is a savory delight featuring succulent jumbo shrimp filled with a flavorful mixture of scallops, crabmeat, and buttery cracker crumbs, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale

cooking spray

2 (4 ounce) packages crushed buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®)

½ cup freshly chopped parsley

5 saltine crackers

crushed

½ teaspoon celery salt

1 clove minced garlic

4 sea scallops

chopped

½ cup chopped imitation crabmeat

¼ cup butter

melted

¼ cup white wine

20 jumbo shrimp

peeled and deveined

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine the crushed buttery round crackers, chopped parsley, crushed saltine crackers, celery salt, minced garlic, chopped sea scallops, imitation crabmeat, melted butter, and white wine.
  • Gently stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Take the peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp and stuff each one with the seafood mixture.
  • Place the stuffed shrimp in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are fully cooked and the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can substitute the imitation crabmeat with real crabmeat for an even richer flavor. Adjust the cooking time based on the size of the shrimp used.
