This classic Banana Bread recipe is easy to make and packed with flavor, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

2 to 3 medium very ripe bananas
peeled
1/3 cup butter
melted
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter, then mix in the baking soda and salt.
- Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing just until incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

For best results, use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and moisture.
