Ingredients

Scale

2 cups crushed vanilla wafers

1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Easter sprinkles

Drizzles of contrasting chocolate

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, softened cream cheese, banana pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Add food coloring to achieve desired pastel shades.
  • Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Place back onto the baking sheet.
  • While the coating is still wet, sprinkle with crushed vanilla wafers, Easter sprinkles, or drizzle with contrasting chocolate for decoration.
  • Allow the truffles to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Once set, serve and enjoy your Banana Pudding Easter Truffles!

Notes

For a fun twist, try mixing in some chopped nuts or banana slices into the filling. Make sure to chill the truffles well for easier handling.
