Instant dry yeast
Lukewarm water (105℉ to 115℉)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, granulated sugar, salt, and instant dry yeast.
- Gradually add lukewarm water to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out to your desired thickness for pizza.
