Description

Instant dry yeast

Lukewarm water (105℉ to 115℉)

Instructions

  • Gradually add lukewarm water to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough begins to form.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out to your desired thickness for pizza.
