1 avocado

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized.

- In the last few minutes of roasting the sweet potatoes, add the corn to the baking sheet to warm through.
