1 cup miniature marshmallows

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup brown sugar (for topping)

1/4 cup flour (for topping)

1/4 cup melted butter (for topping)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then drain and mash them.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • Pour the sweet potato mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix together the topping ingredients: brown sugar, flour, and melted butter. Stir in chopped pecans and sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
