2 cups Fresh Blueberries

⅓ cup White Granulated Sugar

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
