12 eggs
1 cup sour cream (light or regular)
1/4 cup milk

4 green onions
1/2 green bell pepper

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the pork sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
