Ingredients

8 oz semi-sweet chocolate

finely chopped

½ cup heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz white or milk chocolate (for coating)

Pink and white candy melts (for details)

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers, then pour it over the chopped semi-sweet chocolate. Let it sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract until fully combined, and refrigerate the mixture for 1-2 hours until it’s firm enough to scoop.
  • Once firm, scoop out small balls of the mixture and shape them into bunny forms. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Melt the white or milk chocolate and dip each bunny into the chocolate. Allow the excess to drip off before placing them back on the tray.
  • Melt the pink and white candy melts to add cute details on the bunnies. Use edible eyes and sprinkles for decoration.
  • Let the coating set completely before serving your adorable bunny-shaped truffles.
