Ingredients
1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 oz / 400 ml) coconut milk
1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
4 large eggs
1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter
melted
½ cup (45 g) shredded coconut
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
(Optional Topping) ½ cup (45 g) toasted coconut + ¼ cup (60 ml) condensed milk for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and whole milk until well combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, melted butter, shredded coconut, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and top with toasted coconut and a drizzle of condensed milk if desired.
