Ingredients
3 cloves garlic

1 large shallot

1 teaspoon sumac
1 teaspoon shallot salt
1 head purple cauliflower
cored and chopped
1 head orange cauliflower
cored and chopped
2 Granny Smith apples
cored and chopped
¾ cup cooked quinoa
½ cup cashews
chopped
Instructions
