1 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom

1 1/8 tsp. ground cloves


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine nonfat dry milk powder, powdered nondairy creamer, French vanilla powdered nondairy creamer, and granulated sugar.
  • Stir in the unsweetened instant tea, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and ground cloves until thoroughly mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container for storage.
  • To prepare, mix 2 tablespoons of the chai latte mix with hot water or milk, stir well, and enjoy!
