1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1 c. powdered nondairy creamer
1 c. French vanilla powdered nondairy creamer
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. unsweetened instant tea
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
1 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine nonfat dry milk powder, powdered nondairy creamer, French vanilla powdered nondairy creamer, and granulated sugar.
- Stir in the unsweetened instant tea, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and ground cloves until thoroughly mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container for storage.
- To prepare, mix 2 tablespoons of the chai latte mix with hot water or milk, stir well, and enjoy!
Notes
Store the chai tea latte mix in a cool, dry place. Adjust the amount of mix to taste for a stronger or lighter beverage.
