3 tablespoon vegetable oil for greasing
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups milk
⅔ cup vegetable oil
1 ½ cups cornmeal
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 ½ teaspoon salt
Sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add the vegetable oil, cornmeal, flour, baking powder, feta cheese, and salt to the egg mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
