2 cups frozen tater tots

6 large flour tortilla wraps

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup Taco Bell chipotle sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Diced tomatoes (optional)

Chopped green onions (optional)

Cilantro (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • While the beef is cooking, bake the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
  • Once the beef is cooked and the tater tots are crispy, warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  • Assemble each burrito by placing a portion of the beef, a handful of tater tots, cheddar and monterey jack cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and chipotle sauce on each tortilla.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
