Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion
finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
minced
1 cup tomato sauce or marinara
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar
mozzarella
or blend)
1 package frozen tater tots
Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add chopped onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce, heavy cream, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the beef mixture, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Arrange frozen tater tots over the cheese layer, ensuring they’re evenly spread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
