Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix 700 grams of bread flour with 350 grams of filtered water until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours to ferment.
- After 24 hours, feed the starter with an additional 350 grams of water and 700 grams of bread flour, stirring to combine.
- Repeat the feeding process every 24 hours for about 5 to 7 days until bubbles form and the starter doubles in size.
- Once the starter is active and bubbly, it’s ready to be used in your favorite sourdough recipes!
