Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. -
Cream Butter & Sugars:
In a large bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes). -
Add Eggs & Vanilla:
Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract. Beat until fully combined. -
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. -
Mix Dough:
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Mix until just combined—do not overmix. -
Fold in Chocolate:
Gently stir in chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs. -
Scoop & Bake:
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. -
Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden but centers look slightly soft. -
Cool:
Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
