Ingredients
500g Chicken breast (about 2)
sliced into thin strips
30g Olive oil (2 tbsp)
15g Garlic (4 cloves)

960g Chicken broth (4 cups)
unsalted
60g Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
low-sodium preferred
240g Heavy cream (1 cup)
or full-fat coconut milk
180g Ramen noodles (2 packets)
seasoning packets discarded
15g Green onions (2)
chopped
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the pot and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the ramen noodles, cooking according to package instructions until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream (or coconut milk), gently simmering to allow flavors to meld, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, use full-fat coconut milk instead of heavy cream. Adjust seasoning according to your preference.
