180g Ramen noodles (2 packets)

seasoning packets discarded

15g Green onions (2)

chopped

to taste


Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast to the pot and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add the ramen noodles, cooking according to package instructions until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream (or coconut milk), gently simmering to allow flavors to meld, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, use full-fat coconut milk instead of heavy cream. Adjust seasoning according to your preference.
