100g Cornflakes
250 g Milk Chocolate
50 g Block Margarine or Butter
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
Chocolate Mini Eggs
Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate and margarine (or butter) together in a saucepan over low heat or in a microwave until smooth.
- Stir in the golden syrup until fully combined.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the cornflakes until they are evenly coated.
- Spoon the mixture into cupcake cases and shape into nests.
- Leave to set in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Once set, decorate the nests with chocolate mini eggs before serving.
Notes
For a vegan option, use a plant-based chocolate and margarine. Make sure to store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
