1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 teaspoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- Spread a small amount of peanut butter on each banana slice.
- Place the peanut butter-covered slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each peanut butter-covered banana slice into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Freeze the banana bites for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top of the chocolate before freezing. You can also drizzle extra chocolate over the bites for decoration.
