2 Tablespoons brown sugar

¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups powdered sugar
10–12 oz. chocolate chopped in small pieces or good quality candy coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined and a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into heart shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chopped chocolate or candy coating in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip the chilled peanut butter hearts into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Return them to the baking sheet.
- Allow the chocolate to set. You can place them in the refrigerator for quicker setting.
Notes
For easier dipping, consider using candy coating. Adjust the sweetness of the filling by adding more or less powdered sugar to taste.
