1 teaspoon of vegetable oil

- Begin by rinsing the strawberries gently under cool water and drying them thoroughly with a paper towel.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. If desired, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil for a softer chocolate coating.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate in the same manner, then use a fork or piping bag to drizzle it over the dark chocolate-covered strawberries.
- Sprinkle the vibrant Christmas sprinkles over the strawberries while the chocolate is still wet. Allow the strawberries to set for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
