Enter the delightful world of Cinnamon Apple Cider Sangria—a perfect blend of spiced cider, fruity notes, and a hint of warmth. This charming drink not only captivates the senses but also invites friends and family to gather around the table in good company.
Ingredients
1 bottle (750ml) Cabernet Sauvignon or white wine (like Pinot Grigio)
2 cups apple cider
½ cup orange juice
3 cinnamon sticks
2 honeycrisp apples, sliced
1 orange, sliced
½ cup brandy
Instructions
Slice the apples and orange and set them aside.
In a large pitcher, combine the wine (Cabernet Sauvignon or Pinot Grigio), apple cider, and orange juice.
Add the cinnamon sticks to infuse the sangria with a warm spice.
Stir in the brandy for an added kick.
Gently fold in the sliced apples and oranges, allowing the fruits to soak up the flavors.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve the sangria over ice, and enjoy!
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the wine with sparkling apple juice or club soda.
To enhance the flavor, try adding additional spices such as nutmeg or cardamom.
