1 ⅓ cups white sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
beaten
1 cup milk
⅓ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of sugar with the ground cinnamon and set aside for the swirl.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, beaten egg, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture, then top with the remaining batter and finally the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
- Use a knife to swirl the batter gently to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
