Instructions

  1. Prep the skewers:

  2. Prepare vegetables:
    Chop all vegetables into evenly sized pieces for consistent cooking.
  3. Season veggies:
    In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Brush this mixture over the vegetables.
  4. Assemble skewers:
    Thread vegetables onto skewers, alternating colors for a vibrant look.
  5. Make the garlic herb sauce:
    In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, cilantro, parsley, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
