2 cups brown rice
1 lime
juiced
1 teaspoon minced garlic

½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add 2 cups of brown rice, minced garlic, and sea salt; stir well.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
