2 Granny Smith apples

cored and chopped

1 cup walnuts

chopped

1/4 cup sliced scallions

23 hearts of romaine lettuce

chopped


Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the cranberries and granulated sugar, stirring until the cranberries are evenly coated. Let sit for about 10 minutes to macerate.
