Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and celery. Sauté until they are tender and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed onion and celery, fresh cranberries, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and chicken broth together, then pour this mixture into the turkey mixture. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of the stuffing balls to help them brown and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
