Ingredients

shredded chicken
1 cup cream cheese
softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package (2 sheets) of refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 egg
beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, frozen peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and pinching to seal the ends.
- Place the filled pillows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
