Ingredients

Scale

500g white fish fillets

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs

2 cups breadcrumbs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the white fish fillets into finger-sized pieces.
  • Season the flour with salt and pepper, then place it in a shallow dish.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
  • Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.
  • Dip each fish piece first in the seasoned flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with the breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the fish fingers in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, you can use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste.
