Ingredients

500g white fish fillets
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Start by cutting the white fish fillets into finger-sized pieces.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper, then place it in a shallow dish.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.
- Dip each fish piece first in the seasoned flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fish fingers in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, you can use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste.
