Ingredients

Boneless

skinless chicken breasts

Heavy cream

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cream cheese

Freshly minced garlic

Chicken broth

Fettuccine pasta

Fresh broccoli florets

Salt

Pepper

Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  • In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  • Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and cover the Crock Pot.
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add fettuccine and broccoli, ensuring they’re fully submerged in the sauce.
  • When done, remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  • Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and serve warm.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider marinating the chicken in garlic and Italian herbs before cooking. If using frozen broccoli, add it during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
