Ingredients
Boneless
skinless chicken breasts
Heavy cream
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Fettuccine pasta
Fresh broccoli florets

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and cover the Crock Pot.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add fettuccine and broccoli, ensuring they’re fully submerged in the sauce.
- When done, remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and serve warm.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider marinating the chicken in garlic and Italian herbs before cooking. If using frozen broccoli, add it during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
