Ingredients
3 boneless
skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth or stock
16 oz dried short-cut pasta (such as fusilli

etc)
16 oz cream cheese
1 packet ranch dressing mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
divided
1 cup water
8 slices bacon
cooked and crumbled (or bacon bits if preferred)
2–3 green onions
chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a crockpot, place the chicken breasts and season them with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour in the chicken broth and water, covering the chicken completely.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it directly in the crockpot using two forks.
- Add the cream cheese and ranch dressing mix to the shredded chicken, stirring until well combined.
- In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the crockpot, mixing thoroughly.
- Serve warm, topping with the remaining cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions for garnish.
