Instructions

- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Pour this glaze over the meatloaf.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
