skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup unsalted butter cut into small pieces
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning mix, butter, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it well with the sauce.
