Instructions

- Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk the large eggs and granulated sugar until thick and pale.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs, then gently stir in the all-purpose flour, being careful not to overmix.
- Divide half of the batter among the prepared ramekins, followed by a generous spoonful of peanut butter, and then top with the remaining batter.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center remains soft.
- Allow to cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates and serving warm.
