Ingredients
2 tablespoons Butter Unsalted
4 ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pound Ground Beef
2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Lettuce
1 medium Tomato
1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Cilantro
1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the heavy whipping cream until well combined, then add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Season with taco seasoning and mix well.
- To assemble, place a low-carb tortilla on a flat surface, add a scoop of the beef mixture, top with cheese sauce, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, extra cheddar cheese, cilantro, and jalapeños.
- Fold the tortilla sides over the filling and then flip it over to create a wrap. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.

Notes
