1.5 cups Unsweetened cranberry juice
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp Unflavored gelatin
opt. drops Stevia or monk fruit
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the unsweetened cranberry juice and fresh lemon juice, and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the unflavored gelatin until fully dissolved.
- If desired, add optional drops of Stevia or monk fruit to sweeten.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
Notes
For a more intense flavor, consider using fresh cranberries to infuse your juice.
