Ingredients

200 g dark or milk chocolate

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1012 fresh strawberries

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

75 g kataifi

40 g butter

140 g pistachio paste


Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Spoon the melted chocolate into silicone molds and tilt to coat the sides. Refrigerate until firm.
  • In a bowl, mash the strawberries and mix in powdered sugar if desired. Set aside.
  • In a pan, melt the butter and toast the kataifi until golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat.
  • Fill the chocolate cups with the strawberry mixture, then top with the toasted kataifi and pistachio paste.
  • Top with mint leaves, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts for garnish. Serve chilled.
