Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Cocoa Rice Krispies and peanut butter, mixing well until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave or a double boiler until smooth, then fold into the cocoa rice mixture.
- Using your hands, form small clusters (nests) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Gently press a few mini eggs into the center of each nest. Refrigerate until set.
