Description

Easter Egg Oreo Balls are adorable, no-bake treats that combine the rich flavor of Oreos with creamy cream cheese, all coated in vibrant white chocolate. Perfect for Easter celebrations!

Ingredients

Scale

36 Oreo cookies (regular

not Double Stuf)

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese

softened

1216 oz white chocolate or vanilla candy melts for coating

Food coloring or colored candy melts (pastels work well)

Sprinkles or sanding sugar (optional)

12 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (optional

to thin chocolate)

Piping bags or zip-top bags for drizzle

Wax or parchment paper

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper.
  • Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave or double boiler, adding coconut oil or vegetable oil if needed for thinning.
  • Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and return them to the baking sheet.
  • If desired, drizzle colored melts over the coated balls using piping bags or zip-top bags, and top with sprinkles or sanding sugar.
  • Allow the chocolate coating to set before serving.

Notes

For best results, use regular Oreos for a firmer texture. You can customize the color of the chocolate for different occasions.
