Description

These Easy Big Mac Sliders are the perfect party treat, offering all the classic flavors of a Big Mac in a bite-sized form that’s easy to eat and share.

Ingredients

Scale

12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

2 cups shredded lettuce

9 slices American cheese

2430 dill pickle slices

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

1 pound lean ground beef

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup finely chopped white onion

⅔ cup mayonnaise

2 ½ tablespoons sweet pickle relish

2 teaspoons sugar

1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and chopped onion. Mix until well combined.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef mixture until fully browned and crumbled, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  • While the beef cooks, mix together the Big Mac style sauce ingredients: mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, sugar, yellow mustard, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Cut the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread half of the sauce over the buns.
  • Layer the cooked beef mixture evenly over the buns, followed by the shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, and cheese slices.
  • Spread the remaining sauce on the top halves of the buns and place them on top of the sliders.
  • Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
